PainTex UV Chip PRO Repair Kit

This is the Pro version of our UV Chip Repair Kit, it has our new Pro-Cure UV torch which is more than X3 the power and has a large curing area. <br>This is the all in one kit if you get the occasional silicone or you are looking to fill stone chips. <br><br>This kit includes;<br><br>- 100ml UV clear coat<br>- 100 touch up applicators<br>- a de-nibbing block<br>- Pro-Cure UV curing torch<br>- all contained in a handy carry case.<br><br>Our New Pro-Cure UV curing torch has the wavelength and power output to cure not only our UV clear coat but also UV primers and putties. All tested with Colad, Final Systems and Sikkens by PainTex.<br><br>For best results use flash mode to flash off any UV products that require a UV flash off, at a distance of 8 to 10 inches. And to fully cure, use on full power at a distance of 2 to 3 inches. Follow the times provided on the TDS of the product that you are curing. <br><br>Note: Do not underestimate the danger of UV light exposure.

PainTeX's flagship kit, this kit comprises of :<br>- 100ml UV clear coat<br>- 100 touch up applicators<br>- de-nibbing block<br>- 51 led UV curing torch<br>- all contained in a handy carry case.<br><br>This is the all in one kit if you get the occasional silicone or your looking to fill stone chips. <br><br>The 51 led UV curing torch has the wavelength and power output to cure not only our UV clear coat but also UV primers and putties. It has been tested with Colad, Final Systems and Sikkens by PainTex.<br><br>Note: Do not underestimate the danger of UV light exposure.<br><br>Although the UV torch will cure UV primers we recommend that repair area should be no larger than 8” x 8” for example: the size of your hand or a standard spray out card. The UV torch will cure this area in 5 mins (if the TDS for your desired primer is followed correctly) Parameters out side of this will take significantly longer. Always check the primer has a hard smooth feel to it, a rubbery tacky texture will need further UV exposure.
